Not only was the food incredible, the chefs were entertaining and could make anything we asked for. It was more affordable to eat in with private chefs than it was to dine out in PV.   • Liry and Carlos did an amazing job. We requested a typically regional dish, and the grilled cazon was excellent, as were the other courses. We also had several non drinkers and Liry quickly threw together a smoothie for them. We were impressed with their creativity and flexibility.
